No Returns Accepted: At OrchidBox, all sales are final except for moss poles, which we have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for unused items. We do not accept returns on plants. However, we guarantee the live arrival of our products. Only replacements are provided for valid live arrival guarantee claims.
Live Arrival Guarantee: To ensure customer satisfaction, we guarantee the live arrival of our products. If your order arrives deceased, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Failure to comply with this time frame will invalidate the guarantee.
Acclimation: Live plants may require a period of acclimation to their new environment and whole OrchidBox provides guidance it cannot be held responsible for the acclimation process once the plants are delivered.
Limitations on Liability for Plant Health Post-Delivery: While OrchidBox guarantees live arrival, the company cannot be responsible for the health and condition of the plants after delivery, due to variables outside of OrchidBox's control.
Transit Damage: While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, damage during transit can occur. If you wish to protect your purchase from potential damage during shipping, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance from us ahead of time. If insurance is not purchased, OrchidBox is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
Insurance Claims: In cases where insurance is purchased and damage occurs, the product must be returned to OrchidBox for an insurance claim to be processed. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Pest-Free Guarantee Limitation: Plants are inspected and treated to be pest-free at the time of shipment, but due to the nature of live plants, OrchidBox cannot guarantee the absence of pests upon arrival or thereafter.
